Maintenance Technician

Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Pay Range:$18$30 per hour (based on experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for performing routine maintenance troubleshooting and repairs on a variety of equipment and building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general building maintenance including repairs to structures systems and equipment
• Inspect maintain and repair forklifts and related material handling equipment
• Service and troubleshoot overhead cranes to ensure safe functionality
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including panels and wiring
• Conduct preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and equipment issues
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous maintenance experience in an industrial or facility setting preferred
• Working knowledge of electrical systems panels and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience with forklifts and overhead cranes is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
