Position Overview:
This is a hands-on production role supporting manufacturing operations through consistent execution of assigned tasks. Operators are trained on various equipment and processes and play a key role in maintaining quality safety and efficiency across the production line.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1 year Machine Operator experience
- Production equipment following established procedures
- Load materials monitor machines and complete finishing steps
- Perform visual quality inspections and report issues
- Complete basic production and quality documentation
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Rotate between workstations as needed to support production
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma GED or equivalent experience required
- 1 year of manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- 1 year of Machine Operation experience and mechanical aptitude
Preferred:
- Experience with CNC lamination engraving or similar equipment
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement
- Experience in a regulated or quality-driven environment
