As a Project Manager III within PNCs Technology organization you will be based in Pittsburgh PA Cleveland OH Birmingham AL or Dallas TX.

The Project Manager III is a senior-level contributor responsible for leading complex multiworkstream technology initiatives within the Capital Markets and ALM domains. This role manages a portfolio of concurrent projectsoften crossfunctional regulatorydriven or highvisibilityand ensures strategic alignment disciplined execution and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead multiple complex Capital Markets and ALM technology initiatives from initiation through delivery ensuring strategic alignment and project integrity.
Oversee several complex projects simultaneously including those within the sanctions or regulatory compliance space.
Define project scope objectives success criteria and governance structures.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans integrated schedules and milestones across crossfunctional teams.
Proactively identify assess and mitigate risks dependencies and issuesescalating with transparency and driving resolution.
Lead financial management activities including forecasting budgeting burnrate tracking and capacity planning.
Serve as the primary point of contact for senior technology leaders business partners compliance risk and external vendors.
Deliver clear executiveready status updates dashboards and reporting to support decisionmaking.
Build strong relationships with partners and influence outcomes without direct authority.
Champion Agile Scrum or SAFe delivery practices; facilitate ceremonies as applicable across teams.
Drive alignment across engineering product governance and regulatory stakeholders.
Ensure all project activities and deliverables comply with ALM Capital Markets and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications:

Extensive experience managing complex technology projects or programs in regulated environments.
Advanced skills in project planning schedule management financial oversight and risk management.
Strong communication stakeholder influence and problemsolving ability.
Demonstrated leadership in crossfunctional or matrixed environments.
Experience delivering technology initiatives within Capital Markets ALM financial risk or compliance domains preferred .
Prior work in regulatory or highgovernance environments.
Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and modern software development processes.

Job Description

• Manages the most complex projects from original concept through final implementation and post-project assessment. Accountable for meeting project objectives within established timeframes. May be assigned a single project or a portfolio requiring extensive planning oversight and communication across multiple segments channels or lines of business. Typically project size may be greater than $2.5m.
• Develops strategy processes resource allocation budget guidelines and support of project management team.
• Partners with internal project liaisons to acquire resources assigns tasks directs activities and controls project execution. Coaches and mentors project team members.
• Tracks and reports progress analyzes the results based on facts defines the products of the project and forecasts future trends in the project. Proactively manages changes in project scope identifies potential crises devises contingency plans and recommends improvements based on results.
• Maintains communications for governing bodies and interested parties. Communicates project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $55000.00 $132250.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location market data and on individual skills experience and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company business and/or individual performance.
