Job Summary
Clarkson Estateswill provide supportive housing to 59 formerly homeless families 35 formerly homeless young adults 35 youth aging out of foster care and 35 formerly incarcerated individuals. Programming will focus on economic development and workforce training youth development and violence prevention adult education and financial literacy recreation and health and wellness.

WhatDoesa Senior Program Manager Do:
Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
Practice Universal Precautions/Standard Protocol & Procedures.
Comply withany and allFederal State City and CAMBA security and privacypolicesintended to protect the security and privacy of individually identifiable health information.
Communicate with peers in other CAMBA programs on issues related to client progress and best program practices.
Work with direct reporting staff to set staff performance targetsin accordance withcontract requirements.
Develop and document all program activities.
Interface with the Director of Housing Operations or the property management company to ensure the building is clean andoperatingefficiently.
Participate instart upactivities including marketing and lease up program development and implementation etc.
Access community resources for clients.
Ensure that all apartment vacancies are filled within 4-6 weeks.
Oversee all program operations and manage directreportingprogram staff and their subordinates.
Develop and implement Quality Assurance measures to ensure quality service delivery to clients.
Ensure that all client files and program files are kept in compliance with CAMBAs and funders standards.
Coordinate and supervise programmatic activities of direct reporting staff.
Observe direct reporting staff.
Conduct program progress reviews with staff.
Preparereviewand ensure the accuracy and timelinessofcontract reports and statistical information for both CAMBA management and funder use.
Analyze program and demographic data to make programmatic improvements.
Oversee onsite and organize offsite training opportunities for professional development of staff.
Confer with the Senior Program Director and/or other CAMBA management staff as neededregardingprogrammatic and personnel issues.
Complete incident reports whenrequired
Participate in staff/funder/outside agency meetings as requested.
Review and sign time sheets.
Prepare performance appraisals for direct reporting staff.
Immediately report to theappropriate SeniorProgramDirectorany: monitoring visits or funders events;significant events; any incident that might subject CAMBA to liability.
May interact with funders.
May make hiring and firing recommendations toappropriate SeniorProgram Director/Executive Vice-President (in consultation and agreement with Human Resources).
May have direct client service/program responsibilities in addition to the above.
Tasks may bemodifiedexpandedand/or assigned over time.
What are theQualifications for the Position:
EducationLicensesand/or Certifications Required:
Master Degree orLicensedMasters degree in Social Work Psychology ora relatedfield. (A license is requiredoftheseMastersDegrees: Social Work (LMSW or LCSW) Mental Health Counseling Counseling/Guidance Art Therapy).
Minimum Experiences and Skills Required:
Experience working with the Seriously and Persistently Mentally Ill (SPMI) population and/or equivalent experience.
Pre and/or Post Employment Requirements:
Must be fingerprinted and obtain Criminal History Check (CHC) with Justice Centerfor the Protection of Vulnerable People with Special Needs Ability tomaintainfingerprint clearance throughout the durationoemployment.
As a Mandated Reporter you mustimmediatelyreport suspected incidents/cases abuse and neglect to the Vulnerable Persons Central Register (VPCR) Hotline at 1- and complete a CAMBA Incident Report
Flexible hours may be needed occasionally to provide shift coverage until 8 pm.
Obtain Criminal History Checks (CHC) fingerprinting through the New York State Office of Mental Health (OMH) and the Justice Center for the Protection of People with Special Needs (Justice System) and Staff Exclusion List (SEL) clearance.
Experience developing andfacilitatinggroups
Knowledge of supportive housing services operations
Compensation: $80000- $85000 annually
When salary ranges are listed the range would represent the low and high end for the applicable position & program. The salary offered would be based on various factors unique to each program and includes but is not limited to experience education budget and/or program size internal equity skills and other factors that may be required for the position and organization.
Status:Full-time (35 hours per week)
