What Youll Do

Greet customers and provide a professional service experience
Accurately write repair orders and document vehicle concerns
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Communicate effectively with technicians and customers throughout the repair process
Ensure work is completed efficiently and to the customers satisfaction
Follow up with customers to maintain high CSI scores
Maintain strong sales performance while providing accurate and honest recommendations

What Were Looking For

Automotive dealership service advisor experience preferred
Proven ability to sell maintenance and repair services
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to manage multiple repair orders in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail oriented
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid drivers license
