About the Role
We are seeking compassionate and dependable Medication Technicians (Med Techs) to support adults in a person-centered residential setting.
This role goes beyond traditional medication administration - you will play a key role in supporting daily routines building relationships and contributing to individualized care plans that promote independence dignity and quality of life.
This is a great fit for candidates who enjoy hands-on care in a structured low-ratio environment and want to make a meaningful impact.
What Youll Do
Medication & Health Support
Administer medications in accordance with Pennsylvania regulations
Accurately document medication administration and observations
Monitor for side effects or changes in condition
Support and contribute to Individual Support Plans (ISP)
Daily Living Support
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Support structured daily routines in a home-like setting
Prepare simple meals based on dietary needs
Maintain a clean safe living environment
Relationship-Based Care
Build meaningful relationships with residents
Encourage independence and self-direction
Promote dignity respect and person-centered care
Community Engagement
Transport residents to appointments and activities
Encourage participation in social and life-skill development
Schedule
PRN Part-Time or Full-Time
1st & 2nd Shift Available
Weekend availability required
Requirements
Medication Technician Certification
CPR / First Aid Certification
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid drivers license
Weekend availability
Preferred Experience
Experience with IDD / developmental disabilities
Residential or group home experience
Behavioral health or DSP background
Experience with PointClickCare
