As a BDC/Internet Sales Representative at Long Honda of Albany you will be the frontline point of contact for our online and inbound customers. You will engage with potential buyers answering inquiries scheduling appointments and guiding them through their vehicle purchasing journey. Your role is critical in building lasting relationships and ensuring an exceptional customer experience that drives sales and dealership growth.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads and phone calls.
• Follow up with internet and BDC leads to set appointments and generate sales opportunities.
• Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and provide detailed product information.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to sale.
• Stay updated on current vehicle inventory promotions and dealership policies.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and lead conversion targets.

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales BDC or internet sales is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership environment.
