SUMMARY OF POSITION

We are looking for an entry-to-mid-level Class A CDL Truck Driver to join our expanding clearing team within our Civil Division. Based in York PA this role involves driving various CDL construction vehicles throughout the mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate will also have experience operating heavy equipment to assist with clearing operations as needed.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Safely transport materials with log trailers dump trailers and walking floor trailers.
• Operate roll-off trucks for efficient item transport.
• Load secure and tie down materials & equipment as needed.
• Move heavy equipment using lowboy trucks and tag-along trailers.
• Assist with unloading of equipment when required.
• Support the team withgeneral labor dutieswhen needed.
• Perform other related duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years or older to apply due to out-of-state travel requirements.
• Valid Class A CDL with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Must be able to work out of town.
• Experienced with manual transmission operation.
• Strong understanding of DOT standards and regulations.
• Ability to pass and maintain a DOT physical including drug and alcohol testing.
• Experience with sweeper trucks dump trailers lowboys excavators track loaders haul trucks or other heavy equipment is a plus.
• Dependable reliable and a strong team player.
• Willing to work overtime including weekends when necessary.
