Job Summary

The Industry Market Manager is responsible for defining and executing the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for an assigned industry segment. This role serves as the internal subject matter expert partnering cross-functionally to drive strategic growth strengthen market positioning and accelerate high-value customer opportunities.
Primary Duties
- Industry Strategy Development - Develop and execute industry GTM strategy; assess market and regulatory trends for growth; define messaging and represent MFCP at events
- Sales Growth & Pipeline Management - Identify and prioritize high-value accounts and strategic opportunities. Partner with sales leadership to improve pipeline velocity win rates and forecast accuracy.
- Opportunity Development - Monitor pipeline and forecasts; align resources to support deals and improve close rates; develop targeted enablement
- Market Intelligence & Leadership - Monitor industry trends technology and regulations; partner with product and marketing to align offerings and campaign
- Cross Functional Collaboration - Partner with product and marketing to align offerings campaigns and targeted content to drive growth
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in outside sales or a related role with a focus on high-value or strategic customers
- 21 years old and possess a valid drivers license

- Strong strategic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to translate industry insights into actionable strategies through results-driven with demonstrated success in business development or sales operations
- Excellent communication negotiation organization and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in CRM systems and MS Office.
- Demonstrated judgment adaptability and collaborative mindset
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Frequent use of office equipment
- Ability to carry push pull reach and lift up to 75 lbs
- Standing walking sitting reaching stooping and bending
- Ability to work with MFCP leadership and colleagues both one-on-one and groups
- Up to 50% of travel
- Regular attendance is required
Salary:$100k-$150k plus incentive DOE
