Key Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features benefits and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
• Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
• Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
• Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
• Stay informed on product updates inventory and accessories to better serve customers
• Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Automotive Sales experience preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Confidence in your ability to be successful.
• A desire to work in a commission performance-based environment.
• Great attitude with high-energy personality.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and work ethic.
• Self-starter and self-motivated.
• Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.

The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result compensation may vary based on several factors including individual performance and market conditions. The range in monthly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $50000 - $83000 /year.
