Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features benefits and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models
Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers
Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.
Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business
Stay informed on product updates inventory and accessories to better serve customers
Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards
Minimum Qualifications:
1-2 years of Automotive Sales experience preferred.
Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written.
Confidence in your ability to be successful.
A desire to work in a commission performance-based environment.
Great attitude with high-energy personality.
Excellent customer service skills.
Professional appearance and work ethic.
Self-starter and self-motivated.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record.
