About you
You are a credible academic leader with a strong record of achievement and the ability to inspire others in complex environments. You bring a deep understanding of the higher education and health sectors and a genuine commitment to regional and rural communities.
- A doctoral qualification (or equivalent standing) in a discipline relevant to the School
- Comprehensive knowledge of the tertiary education environment governance and policy frameworks
- Strong understanding of the Australian health system and professional accreditation requirements
- Demonstrated success leading teams managing resources and delivering strategic outcomes
- Excellent leadership communication financial and risk management capability
