Job Description

A great opportunity has been created for a class 2 Building Control to join our clients team based in Northampton (minimum RBI 2A ) on a long-term contract basis.

The Role:

This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plans and site assessment services on both Domestic and/or Commercial schemes. The nature of your working is entirely flexible whether you want to work from home orthe office(hybrid available).

65 - 80/hr DOE
Initial 6-month contract
Outside IR35 a possibility
Minimum class 2A (more complex projects available to higher RBI classes)
Full or part time available
