What Youll Do
Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish (water fire storm damage etc.)
Coordinate crews schedules and resources to keep jobs moving
Communicate with homeowners adjusters and internal teams
Ensure job documentation compliance and timelines are met
Problem-solve in fast-paced ever-changing situations
Deliver a high level of service during what can be a customers worst day
What Were Looking For
Someone who wants to learn and build a long-term career
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to stay calm and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Leadership mindset (even if youre early in your career)
Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally as needed
Bonus points if you have experience in construction restoration or project coordinationbut its not required.
