Job Title:Home Health Aide(HHA) Private Duty Nursing
Service Location: White Haven PA; Mountaintop PA; Wilkes-Barre PA
Shift:Weekday and weekend shifts full-time and part-time schedules available!
Rate: $14.00-$16.00
Immediate Need:
White Haven PA:Full time Days
Wilkes-Barre PA :Sunday-Saturday Hours flexible / School schedule Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm

Responsibilities:

• Performs personal care/ household duties (e.g. dressing toileting feeding light housekeeping) in home/school setting
• Maintain a clean and safe environment
• Provide emotional/behavioral support
• Follows plan of care
• Ability to interact as a member of a multidisciplinary team
• Reports any changes in the patient condition to agency/nurse case manager

Available HHA Shifts:

• Morning evening or overnight
• 8s 10s or 12s (full shift work)
• PRN Part-Time or Full-Time
• No weekend or minimum requirements

Locations served:

• White Haven PA
• Mountaintop PA
