RPS Relationship Manager I

Key Accountabilities

• Manage day-to-day client relationships resolving issues and delivering proactive service to plan sponsors and participants
• Advise clients on retirement plan design administration and compliance requirements to support satisfaction and retention
• Ensure adherence to ERISA IRS and regulatory standards including reporting testing and account maintenance
• Analyze plan documents and financial data to support accurate administration and identify potential issues
• Conduct employee education sessions and provide individualized participant guidance on savings and investment strategies
• Identify growth opportunities by cross-selling and referring clients to internal partners across business lines
• Support new business development through RFPs proposals and successful onboarding of new plans
• Collaborate with internal teams and communicate client insights to strengthen overall relationship management

Education & Experience
Required:

• Bachelors degree in Business Finance Accounting or equivalent experience
• 2 years of retirement plan services or related experience
• Working knowledge of ERISA and IRS regulations
• Strong client relationship communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

• Professional certifications such as AIF CEBS CRPS or ASPAA
• Experience with retirement plan design and participant education
• Proven ability to grow client relationships and generate referrals
