We are seekingprofessional Armed Security Officersfor a structured daytime environment with high public interaction. This role requires a strong presence sound judgment and the ability to respond decisively in emergency situations while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
This position includes access control visible patrol traffic assistance during peak hours and the ability to respond to critical incidents if they arise.
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)- Must be Armed
- Current Armed Security License
- Active Shooter Training (required)
- Dallas Law Certification (required)
- Valid Drivers License
- Clean Driving Record
- Ability to operate a company-issued vehicle
- Vehicle & firearm qualifications must be completed prior to hire
- Background check and drug screening required
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Monitor access points and surrounding areas
- Assist withvehicle and pedestrian traffic flow during arrival and dismissal periods
- Conduct routine patrols and safety checks
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and critical incidents
- Communicate clearly with supervisors and site leadership
- Operate company vehicles in accordance with policy and training
- Dependable and punctual
- Strong situational awareness
- Comfortable working in a structured environment with families staff and visitors

- Ability to follow post orders and chain of command
