What Were Looking For:

• 5 years Experienced A-Level Diagnostic Technician with ALL 8 ASE certifications Preferred:

What Youll Do:

• Diagnose and repair advanced electrical and engine performance issues
• Diagnose fuel ignition and drivability systems
• Diagnose and repair 4WD / AWD drivetrain systems
• Perform advanced steering suspension and brake system repairs
• Perform advanced HVAC diagnostics and repair
• Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVI) and provide accurate recommendations
• Mentor and support less experienced technicians
• Maintain a clean and professional work environment

Additional Qualities:

• Strong diagnostic ability
• Pride in quality workmanship
• Team-first mindset
• Willingness to mentor other technicians

Technicians are expected to:

• Maintain 90% labor productivity
