Automotive Service Technician Mechanic
Position Overview
Lincoln Repair is seeking a skilled Automotive Service Technician Mechanic to join the team. This role focuses on completing quality repairs keeping a steady workflow and working collaboratively in a modern organized shop environment.
Primary Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems on a variety of vehicles
Perform routine maintenance and more complex service work
Operate diagnostic tools and shop software to ensure accurate efficient repairs
Maintain clean safe and organized work areas
Collaborate with team members to keep workflow consistent
Work Environment
Newly built shop with updated tools and equipment
Mix of domestic import and light-duty fleet vehicles
Digital workflow supported by shop systems such as Tekmetric ALLDATA and Identifix
Steady volume of work to keep technicians productive
Schedule & Compensation
Full-time Monday through Friday (no weekends)
Typical compensation: $50000$100000 annually depending on experience

Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on automotive repair experience

Comfortable using shop software and digital tools or willing to learn
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
