Technical Services Representative

Looking for a role where you can combine hands-on technical skills with customer interaction trak group is partnering with an award-winning manufacturer in Cincinnati seeking a Technical Services Representative to support product troubleshooting and customer needs in a collaborative team-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot product issues and support customers with technical solutions
Process parts orders via phone and email
Maintain and expand product knowledge through ongoing learning
Support assembly repair and engineering teams as needed

Qualifications:

Background in mechanical and electrical assembly
Electromechanical troubleshooting skills
Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
