Technical Services Representative
Looking for a role where you can combine hands-on technical skills with customer interaction trak group is partnering with an award-winning manufacturer in Cincinnati seeking a Technical Services Representative to support product troubleshooting and customer needs in a collaborative team-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot product issues and support customers with technical solutions
- Process parts orders via phone and email
- Maintain and expand product knowledge through ongoing learning
- Support assembly repair and engineering teams as needed
Qualifications:
- Background in mechanical and electrical assembly
- Electromechanical troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
