Job Summary
The Theatre Schools Performance Department invites expressions of interest in part-time faculty teaching opportunities for the 2025-2026 Academic Year within the following areas:
Acting Directing Movement Voice & Speech and Intimacy Directing/Coordinating.
In order to best serve the students part-time faculty are expected to perform all duties and responsibilities of a faculty member that are commensurate and consistent with the faculty members qualifications and the best interests of DePaul.
M.F.A. PhD or equivalent professional experience in the subject area to be taught is required. Equivalent professional experience would be at least 10 years of professional experience or 5 years of professional experience and an undergraduate degree in a related field. A commitment to teaching is required; teaching experience on the college level is strongly desired. Ongoing activity in the relevant field is also desired.
