Cohesity is looking for an experienced finance professional to join the team as a Senior Manager Services FP&A. This roleis responsible forproviding strategic financial leadershipoversightand analytics for the companys services portfolio.The role partners closely with our services leadership and cross-functional partners to drive bookings & profitability growth investment decisionsupportand long-term financial strategy.
Werelooking for someone with ananalytical mind and strong knowledge of finance who is a self-starter a greatcommunicatorand passionate about driving change in adynamicfast-paced environment. The ideal candidatepossessesdeep FP&A experience with a strong understanding ofserviceseconomics and business drivers. This position reports to the Finance DirectorMarketing&CustomerExperience.
HOW YOULL SPEND YOUR TIME HERE:
Financial Strategy & Planning
Serve as the primary finance partner to the Professional Services andCustomer Experience teams.
Lead quarterlyannualand long-term financial planning for theservicesbusinesses.
Develop financial models to evaluatepricingprofitabilityand capacity for new and existing service offerings.
Translate business growth and corporate goalsinto servicesfinancial impacts.
Reporting & Executive Insights
Develop clear executive ready reporting for sr. leadership.
Monitor and pursue variances with plans and forecastsprovidingactionableinsightsalong with risks and opportunities analyses.
Partner with business operations teams to develop and refineappropriate performancemeasurements and appropriate dashboards.
Leverage AI toolsfor deeper understandingofdataandbusiness trendsfor theservicesbusinesses.
Transaction & Investment Support
Provide financialdiligence onand deal support on services salesto deliver on margin goals.
Partner with businessprocurementandlegalteams with evaluationsofthird-partyvendor contracts.
Financial management
ManageservicesP&Lheadcountand third-party investments.
Track and analyzebacklog billingsdeal profitability capacityutilizationand margins by geography.
Partner with accounting on vendorspendaccruals revenue recognition as needed.
WED LOVE TO TALK TO YOU IF YOU HAVE MANY OF THE FOLLOWING:
7 years experience working inServices FP&A.
A curiosity to learn and take initiative to proactively solve problems independently.
Flexible and agile with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to understand business issues and be able toclearly and concisely put together recommendations and implementationplansand present to financial and non-financial leaders.
Strong critical thinking organizational interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
Advanced skills in Excel with the ability to build complex financial models and perform detailed analysis.
Solid overall business acumen including accounting/financial experience.
Experience with SFDC AdaptiveInsightsTableauNetsuiteand various AI tools.
Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity streamline workflows and support decision making.
Attention to detail.
YOUR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors degree
MBA or equivalent degree a plus
Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced environment

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors including a candidates skills qualifications and experience location and salary expectations and therefore a starting salary at the low end high end or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation commission (if in a sales function) and/or equity grants. Additionally full-time employees are eligible to participate in ourcomprehensive benefits framework including health and wellness benefits vacation paid holidays and refresh days 401(k) retirement plan life and disability insurance coverages and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
