With new long-term contracts and opportunities were looking for experienced Shotfirers who are ready to hit the ground running. Youll work across our different sites within the Moranbah region providing top class services to our clients.

- Lead and execute blasting operations to achieve precision outcomes
- Support and guide your blast crew to lift performance and develop skills
Maintain and ensure the reliability of all blasting equipment
Keep accurate records and manage inventory effectively
Identify and resolve technical issues before they impact production
Uphold safety environmental and regulatory standards at all times
What Youll Need
Must-haves:
Previous sand proven Shotfirer experience ideally in the coal sector
- Statement of Attainment for blasting e.g. Support Shotfiring S123 etc.
Relevant licenses i.e. QLD Explosives Security Clearance Card (or willingness to obtain one if youve operated outside QLD) and a valid Shotfirers license
Sound knowledge of explosives and safe blasting procedures
Standard 11 (or willingness to obtain)
Strong leadership and team coordination experience
A proactive safety-first mindset with great communication
Ability to pass all pre-employment checks (medical D&A background)
