General Manager, Home Loans

*This role requires a hybrid schedule in either our Charlotte Seattle or Denver offices; Tuesday-Thursday in-office Monday and Friday remote.

THE POSITION

The General Manager Home Loans at LendingTree is responsible for leading the Home Loans vertical with full ownership of business performance and P&L. This role is part of a broader team of General Managers supporting LendingTrees Home and Consumer businesses.

This person will operate in a highly matrixed environment partnering closely with Marketing Product Technology Analytics Sales and Finance to drive growth. The GM sets the strategic direction for the business aligns cross-functional teams and ensures a strong consumer-first approach across all initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and drive the business strategy and full P&L for the Home Loans vertical
• Set priorities and execute against a clear roadmap of high-impact initiatives
• Partner cross-functionally to develop product roadmaps business cases and go-to-market strategies
• Leverage data to inform decisions with a strong grasp of unit economics lender performance and consumer trends
• Balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution and accountability for results
• Manage near-term performance while building toward long-term growth goals
• Clearly communicate business performance priorities and future roadmap to stakeholders
• Serve as a subject matter expert in the home lending space; build external relationships to inform strategy and drive growth
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth make ROI-driven trade-offs and take calculated risks
• Champion a consumer-first mindset and continuously improve the customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong background in financial services; home lending experience preferred
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving key business metrics
• Experience leading in a matrixed environment and influencing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Highly analytical with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
• Solid understanding of industry trends competitive landscape and key market drivers
• 5 years of relevant experience; MBA preferred

COMPENSATION

The base range for this position is $00 however base pay offered may vary depending on internal factors job-related knowledge and candidate experience.
