Job Description:
As a Senior Associate Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for assigned tasks across a broad range of electrical engineering disciplines including the design test and integration of CCAs containing analog digital power and high-speed circuits along with supporting cables and wiring harnesses all targeting advanced tactical weapon platforms sensors and avionics.
Agile Development Group and specializes in developing disruptive next-generation technologies for advanced Unmanned Air Systems (UAS / UAV) advanced radar systems next-generation weapon systems and other RF sensor technologies using small company agility and big company experience.
Essential Functions:
- Under the supervision of a senior engineer perform design tasks such as requirements analysis specification generation interface definition component selection circuit simulation schematic capture and board layout
- Directed assignments for simulation bread-boarding and testing electrical circuits and functions
- Support production line acceptance testing and trouble-shooting
- Develop and implement test plans and procedures for electrical subsystems
- Perform and report results of test and evaluation of electrical CCAs
- Present results in internal & external design reviews
- Learn and follow company processes for product development configuration management purchasing etc.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
- Up to 10% travel may be required
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- U.S. citizen
- Bachelors Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Graduate Degree or equivalent with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
- In lieu of a degree minimum of 6 years of prior related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Experience with Altium designer or other similar CCA design toolsets
- Knowledge of basic circuit design practices
- Exposure to circuit card test equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California Massachusetts New Jersey Washington and the Greater D.C Denver or NYC areas is Min $80500.00 - $149500.00 Max. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
