Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Multi Skill Craftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in multiple areas of residential construction and remodeling. Communicate professionally with clients and team members.

This position requires strong craftsmanship attention to detail problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Candidates should be highly skilled in several trades and proficient in a wide range of construction tasks.

Responsibilities:

Perform general carpentry framing and structural repairs

Install and repair drywall including hanging taping mudding and finishing

Install various flooring types (LVP laminate tile hardwood)

Construct and repair decks fences and exterior structures

Install and repair siding and exterior trim

Perform remodeling tasks including kitchens bathrooms and interior upgrades

Assemble cabinets doors fixtures and other building components

Measure cut and shape materials accurately

Maintain clean and safe job sites.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in multiple trades including carpentry drywall framing flooring decking siding fencing and remodeling

Mastery or advanced skill level in at least 2 or 3 core trades

Strong understanding of construction methods and building practices

Ability to troubleshoot and complete projects with minimal supervision

Valid drivers license

Reliable transportation

Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical labor outdoors and indoors

Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Compensación: $30.00 - $37.50 per hour
