Construction Project Manager (travel)

Construction Superintendent / Project Manager Location: Albuquerque New Mexico Home 90 % Traveling

Kassam Construction is looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to lead Hospitality renovation projects across the US. This is a senior role for someone who can take full ownership of both the big picture and day-to-day execution.

What Youll Do

Youll lead projects from pre-construction through completion managing teams schedules budgets and jobsite performance while maintaining high standards for safety and quality

Safety Leadership

Set and enforce jobsite safety standards

Run regular safety inspections and meetings

Ensure compliance with OSHA and local regulations

Project Planning & Execution

Define scope timelines and key milestones

Build and manage project schedules

Coordinate labor materials and subcontractors to stay on track

Budget & Cost Management

Develop and manage project budgets

Review and approve expenses

Support contract negotiations and cost adjustments

Field Leadership

Oversee daily jobsite operations

Assign work based on team strengths

Coordinate closely with subcontractors and suppliers

Manage procurement and delivery of materials and equipment

Risk & Problem Solving

Identify risks early and create contingency plans

Adjust plans as needed to avoid delays and cost overruns

Quality Control

Maintain high standards across all phases of construction

Perform site inspections and address issues quickly

Ensure compliance with AHJ codes and project requirements

Communication

Lead project meetings

Keep clients teams and stakeholders informed

Maintain clear and consistent documentation

What Were Looking For

Willingness to Travel up to 90% of the time.

5 years of experience in construction management or superintendent roles

Strong knowledge of construction methods building systems and safety standards

Proven ability to manage budgets schedules and subcontractor relationships

Knowledge of construction software: Procore Bluebeam Project Manager.

Strong leadership communication and organizational skills

Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred
