- Schedule: MondayFriday 9:15 AM 6:15 PM (includes 1-hour lunch break)
- Sign-On Bonus: $500 paid out after 6 months with the company

- Maintain health safety and quality compliance standards across all classrooms and programs
- Help maintain a welcoming organized and engaging space for children and staff
- Communicate warmly with parents and families sharing updates through our mobile app and in-person conversations
- Have a genuine passion for the care and education of children of all ages
- Are flexible energetic and comfortable jumping in wherever youre needed
- Hold a high school diploma or GED (ECE coursework preferred)
- Meet any applicable state licensing requirements for the role
- Have no prior experience No problem well train you
