Job Summary

Performs advanced professional and administrative work in the development coordination delivery and evaluation of department-wide training and professional development programs for Families Parks and Recreation (FPR) employees. Work includes collaborating with leadership to ensure training initiatives employee development programs and departmental policies support operational goals regulatory requirements and service excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Public Administration Communications Behavioral Science or related degree required and two years of experience in employee training staff development or policy administration required or an equivalent combination of education training and experience. Must possess a valid Florida Drivers License.

Youth Development and Parks & Recreation experience desired.
