The HR Admin is a versatile hands-on HR professional who supports the broader HR team in delivering end-to-day HR services across the employee lifecycle. This role flexes across employee relations recruitment talent development HR operations and HR systems contributing to a consistent compliant and data-driven HR function in a fast-paced project-based construction environment.

The role requires strong judgment adaptability and the ability to combine people-centric HR support with strong systems reporting and analytical capability.

• Diploma or degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.

• 1-2 years of progressive HR experience in a assistant or coordinator preferably within construction engineering or project-based environments.

• Demonstrated experience supporting employee relations recruitment and HR operations.

• Strong hands-on experience with Workday or similar HRIS.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables advanced formulas data validation dashboards).

• Experience supporting or building reports and dashboards using Power BI.

• Experience managing HR documentation trackers and collaboration sites in SharePoint.

• Strong communication analytical and organizational skills with a high level of discretion and attention to detail.

This role offers an annual base salary in the anticipated range of $60000$75000 CAD with compensation determined based on experience qualifications and internal equity.
