As we expand our footprint we are looking for a driven field-focused sales professional to capture local market share and bring in net-new logos.

The Role

We are seeking a high-energy pure Hunter Outside Sales Executive with a proven background in the Managed IT Services space. Your sole focus will be hitting the streets building local relationships and closing net-new business. You are a true road warrior who loves the thrill of the chase and thrives in face-to-face meetings.

Once you get the contract signed and the initial onboarding is underway your job is done. You will smoothly transition the client to our dedicated in-house Account Management team. You will not be responsible for ongoing client support renewals or QBRsyour job is to get out there hunt close and hunt again.

What Youll Do

  • Field Prospecting & Networking: Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through local networking events canvassing chamber of commerce meetings cold calling and referrals.
  • Run the Full Sales Cycle: Lead in-person discovery meetings assess technical and security pain points present tailored managed services/security proposals to executive teams and negotiate contracts to close.
  • Drive MRR: Consistently meet and exceed quotas for net-new Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) and project-based onboarding fees.
  • Seamless Handoffs: Ensure a smooth transition of closed accounts to the Account Management and Service Delivery teams so you can immediately get back out into the field.
  • Collaborate with Engineering: Partner with our pre-sales engineers to design accurate high-impact solutions for prospective clients.

What You Bring (Requirements)

  • MSP Sales Experience (Required): You must have a proven background selling Managed IT Services Cybersecurity (MSSP) or closely related cloud solutions. You already know how to sell MRR and the value of proactive IT.
  • Proven Track Record: 3 years of B2B outside/field sales experience with a demonstrable history of exceeding quotas in a net-new business role.
  • A Hunters Mentality: You are comfortable walking into businesses handling rejection and driving deals forward.
  • Executive Presence: Highly skilled at face-to-face consultative selling. Ability to engage with C-level executives and business owners to translate technical concepts into business value and risk mitigation.
  • Self-Starter: Highly motivated independent and disciplined in managing your own schedule travel and CRM tracking.
  • Mobility: Valid drivers license and the ability to travel locally within your designated territory.
