Job Summary
The Facilities Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance safety and operational efficiency of all manufacturing facility infrastructure. This role ensures that buildings equipment and systems are properly maintained to support continuous production while meeting regulatory safety and environmental standards. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and a strong understanding of industrial systems and facility operations.
This an onsite role in the West Palm Beach area

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the facility including maintenance utilities and building systems (HVAC electrical plumbing compressed air etc.)
- Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend equipment life
- Manage facility-related capital projects including renovations expansions and equipment installations
- Ensure compliance with OSHA environmental and local/state regulatory requirements
- Lead safety initiatives related to facility operations and support plant-wide safety programs
- Coordinate with production engineering and leadership teams to align facility operations with manufacturing goals
- Manage relationships with external vendors contractors and service providers
