Job Summary
Manufacturing Technician / Metallographic Lab Technician
Join my client in Marlton NJ and help manufacture implantable cardiac devices that restore hope to heart failure patients. This position requires current U.S. work authorization. Visa sponsorship (including H-1B) is not available.
This role requires prior metallographic laboratory experience; candidates without this background will not be considered.

What Youll Be Doing
Operate and maintain a metallographic lab supporting implantable electronic devices
Perform cutting mounting grinding polishing and cross-section analysis
Run sandblasting polishing machines and manual grinders
Support DOE experiments and process optimization with engineering
Execute manual and semi-automatic assembly tasks
Monitor casting and surface treatment processes
Document production data and maintain GMP compliance
Track KPIs and ensure workflow efficiency
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Specialized training in metallography or materials lab techniques
Strong cross-sectional sample prep and microscopic analysis capability
Experience supporting DOE or range-finding experiments
Comfort operating sandblasting and precision surface treatment equipment
