Maintenance Technician

The company is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a fixer or handyman for property management with a strong background in both electrical systems and plumbing repairs. This person must be highly skilled self-motivated and capable of working independently. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of multiple properties by performing preventative maintenance troubleshooting and repairing plumbing fixtures piping and electrical systems with additional knowledge of HVAC and carpentry highly preferred. Basic Responsibilities & Duties:

• Electrical Maintenance: Inspect install and repair electrical wiring fixtures breakers and equipment in compliance with NEC requirements.
• Plumbing Maintenance: Repair and maintain plumbing systems including pipes sinks toilets water heaters and drain cleaning.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose plumbing leaks and electrical faults providing effective and efficient solutions.
• Preventative Care: Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems to prevent breakdowns.

Additional Requirements:

• A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are necessary for transportation to job sites.
• Certifications: Journeymans license in plumbing or electrical is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in both English and Spanish language is preferred enhancing communication with diverse teams.
