Summary

Discover a rewarding opportunity for Family Medicine Physicians in Willmar Minnesota where you can practice comprehensive patient-centered care within a large collaborative team. At CentraCare Willmar family physicians work alongside an experienced group of nearly 20 physicians in a team-based care model supported by robust onsite resources and access to more than 40 medical and surgical specialties across CentraCares integrated system. This full-time position offers flexible 0.91.0 FTE minimal call and the option to include obstetrics creating both professional fulfillment and work-life balance. Outside of practice Willmar offers the energy of a regional hub paired with Minnesota lake country living and year-round recreation.

Schedule

• Full-time 0.9 - 1.0 FTE Onsiteat CentraCare Willmar
• Days 8-hour shifts 7:30am 5pm
• Call 1:9 for non-OB FM

• Call 1:12 for OB FM

Pay and Benefits

• Salary range:$260000 - $500000 per year

  • Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity

  • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

  • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

• BE/BC in Family Medicine

• Eligibility for Minnesota medical licensure
