Job Description

Deliver and unload beverage products to customers. Drivesvehicleover establishedrouteto deliver and sell productscollectsmoney from customers andmakeschange.

Essential Duties &Responsibilitiesincludebut are not limited to:

• Accurately records invoices credits or other instructional information on the truck route manifestcomplying withany special instructions for proper and efficient delivery.
• Safely and efficiently delivers product tocustomerper instructions on manifest.
• Collects money from customers makeschange and records transactions on customerreceipt.
• Maintainsaccuraterecords of route follows check-in procedures verifyingaccuratepayment for invoices and checks in any returned product.
• Assistscustomers during delivery as needed.
• Follows correct procedures to document customer receipt of productomissionor error; collectspayment asappropriate.
• Listensto service complaints.
• Placesstock on shelves or racks.
• Collectsorpicksup empty containers rejects or unsold merchandise.
• Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.
• Performspre-trip/post-trip inspection of assigned vehicle and completes pre-trip/post-trip report; distributesas directed.
• Suggests and implements ways for the warehouse and company to improve profits improve quality and improve service.

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Clean driving record no SR-22 insurance.
• Med card required
• ValidDriversLicense
• Copies of yourdriving record and auto insurance declaration will berequiredprior to hire
• Excellentcommunication both written and verbal.
• Beverage industryexperience preferred.
• Good customer relations skills

Physical Demands

• Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and willoccasionallylift and/or move up to 170 pounds (full beer kegs).
• Operates a pallet jack and hand cart to transport products all in a safe manner.
