As a Senior Network Administrator you will provide enterprise-level leadership for network troubleshooting performance optimization and operational continuity across a missioncritical DoD environment. This role sets strategic direction for network diagnostics resilience and monitoring across global infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the vision policies and operational standards for enterprise network troubleshooting and performance support.
Establish longterm strategies for diagnostic capabilities endtoend testing and proactive network monitoring across missioncritical environments.
Serve as the senior technical authority during complex performance issues and critical outages influencing future network design and resilience.
Direct network troubleshooting activities resource planning and process development to ensure continuous operational effectiveness.
Conduct deepdive network analysis identify vulnerabilities develop mitigation strategies and integrate advanced solutions (AI-driven diagnostics selfhealing capabilities).
Provide expert input shaping network policies technical standards and resource allocation to support mission continuity.
Use a wide range of enterprise and rolespecific tools including Power Platform ServiceNow Jira network monitoring systems packet analyzers diagnostic utilities and network diagramming tools.
Guide and support junior team members ensuring consistent execution of best practices and technical excellence.

Required Qualifications

Previous experience as a Network Administrator or similar role supporting DoD at the CCMD level.
Experience requirements based on education:
- 8 years with BS/BA or 6 years with MS/MA or 5 years with PhD or 10 years with AS/AA or 12 years without a degree.
DoD 8140 alignment for WRC 441 Network Operations Specialist (Advanced).
DoD IA baseline certification for ADPIII/ITIII and applicable OS/CE certification within six months.

An active TS/SCI is required

As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Massachusetts Minnesota New Jersey New York Washington Vermont the District of Columbia and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience.
