Sony Corporation of America (SCA)is seeking a motivatedIntern Security Policyto support the Corporate Information Security Department (CISD).This role provideshands-onexperience inInformation security policy managementinformation security risk management GRC processesdatacleaningandcross functionalcollaboration.
TheCISDsummer internship program is designed to provide skills knowledge and hands-on work experience in the information security and privacy industry supporting the personal growth of our interns as well as Sony business results.
This 12week summer internship runs from June through August andoffers a hybrid workoption.
Responsibilities:
Assistwith documenting andmaintaininginformation securitypolicies and procedures
Research on best practiceson security policy operational support across the industry
Leverage AIin operationalizing security policy management
Createclean organize&maintainpolicy SharePoint portal
Assistwith information security risk assessments for systems applications projects andthirdpartyvendors
Prepare andmaintainpolicy documentation reports andcleanaccurateGRC data
Collaborate withinternal GISPA teams &business teams to trackpolicy implementations requirements & provide support as necessary
Support the global GRC platform including data entryintake tracking anddata quality management
Helpidentifyprocess control or data gaps and support improvement initiatives

Qualifications:
Current student pursuing abachelors ormastersdegree in business Information Systems Cybersecurity Engineering or related field
Interest in information security risk management or GRC
Strong analytical documentation anddata handlingskills
