About This Position

This position offers a base salary ranging between $50000 to $65000 plus performance-based commission. As a Sales Representative youll connect with contractors builders and property owners who need reliable waste solutions. Your role includes proactive outreach providing quotes closing deals and building strong customer relationships. Youll educate prospects on our unique offerings and manage accounts from initial contact through service delivery. This is a consultative B2B sales role where your performance directly impacts your earnings. We provide hands-on training and ongoing coaching to set you up for success from day one.

Qualifications / Expectations

Required: B2B sales experience with a track record of meeting goals
Required: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Required: Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships
Preferred: Existing relationships within construction roofing restoration or contracting industries
