Job Schedule:

What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service by greeting employees visitors and/or vendors managing front desk access activities and following site-specific security-related procedures for the location.
• Monitor lobby and reception areas verify identification and/or visitor credentials maintain visitor logs and communicate access-related information to appropriate site personnel.
• Respond to incidents unusual activity and/or critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner and support emergency response activities in accordance with site protocols.
• Answer phones direct guests receive deliveries and complete required reports and documentation related to front desk operations and security-related events.
• Help to deter unauthorized access by observing front entrance activity reporting concerns promptly and following established policies for a manufacturing and industrial location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A TSA issued TWIC is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
