What Youll Do

Troubleshoot diagnose and repair a wide variety of residential HVAC systems and equipment

Identify maintenance concerns performance issues and safety risks then clearly explain findings to clients

Present repair upgrade and replacement options in a way that helps homeowners make informed decisions

Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues accurately and efficiently

Perform emergency repairs with urgency professionalism and care

Follow all company processes safety standards and applicable codes

Deliver a world-class client experience through strong communication professionalism and attention to detail

Educate homeowners on system performance maintenance memberships indoor air quality solutions and replacement opportunities when appropriate

What Were Looking For

At least 1 year of HVAC service experience

Strong diagnostic repair and troubleshooting skills

Sales or in-home service experience with the ability to communicate options and recommendations in a clear honest and helpful way

A proven ability to build trust with clients and create a great service experience

A commitment to personal growth coachability and ongoing technical development

A valid drivers license and a driving record that is acceptable to our insurance carrier

Proficiency in the principles of air conditioning and heating systems

Strong written verbal and interpersonal communication skills

A people-first mindset with excellent client service skills

The ability to work independently while staying efficient accurate and process-driven

Comfort working in tight or confined spaces while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality
