Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Claims Administrator to join a team as a property and casualty claims this role you will work closely with Risk Advisors to provide exceptional service to clients ensuring prompt and fair handling of claims. You will act as a trusted expert resolving issues and developing action plans for high-exposure claims. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with a focus on client advocacy and professional growth.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $80000 - $105000 annually (based on qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities
- Serve as a property and casualty claims advocate for clients providing expert guidance and support.
- Handle claims across multiple lines including Workers Compensation (WC) General Liability (GL) Commercial Auto Property Damage and Bodily Injury.
- Develop action plans for high-exposure claims and ensure accurate reserve and claims handling.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters to achieve optimal claim resolutions.
- Conduct claim review meetings and provide insights to clients and Risk Advisors.
- Analyze loss history experience modifications and claims reports to identify trends and recommend strategies to reduce risks.
- Mentor and support Associate Claims Administrators.
- Maintain professionalism and build trusted relationships with clients Risk Advisors and external stakeholders.
Qualifications/Requirements
- A combination of education and experience typically including a high school diploma or bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years in property and casualty insurance.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage and claims processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ModMaster and basic concepts is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage a caseload of 100-125 claims.
- Willingness to be client-facing and work with industries such as construction manufacturing transportation hospitality and retail.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to various locations as needed.
