Employment Type: Full Time 38 hours per week

Pay: $39.35 - $68.53 (qualification and experience pending) Educational Leader Allowance $2.68 per hour additional

As an Educational Leader at Goodstart youll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe review and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. Youll deepen the teams understanding of child development and early years content guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. Working closely with the centre leadership team youll lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

Youll need:

• Bachelor or Master of Education (Early Childhood Education)or ACECQA approved equivalent
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check and first aid qualification
• Hold active registration with the Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT)
