Job Summary

About the Role

Were hiring a Service & Warranty Manager to act as the front line for all post-install customer issues. This person is the rapid response responsible for owning service requests resolving problems quickly and ensuring a strong customer experience.

This is a field-heavy role where youll be working directly with homeowners holding crews accountable and building out a service/warranty team as the market grows.

What Youll Do

  • Own all service & warranty issues in your market from start to finish
  • Handling incoming issues quickly and efficiently
  • Work directly with homeowners to resolve concerns in the field
  • Hold subcontractors and crews accountable to quality standards
  • Oversee service/warranty techs and/or project managers
  • Ensure all work is completed to HGE standards
  • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams
  • Help hire and build out a service/warranty team as the market grows

What Were Looking For

  • Strong home remodeling background (exterior preferred roofing siding windows doors)
  • Customer-facing experience with strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle escalated situations and problem-solve quickly
  • Experience managing teams subcontractors or project managers
  • High accountability and urgency someone who doesnt let things sit
  • One of us mentality team-first high standards no excuses

Preferred:

  • Experience handling service & warranty work directly
  • Experience overseeing project managers or service techs
