Principal Software Engineer

What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the this vital role you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology strategy and mentoring a team of talented engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Possesses strong rapid prototyping skills and can quickly translate concepts into working code

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team.

• Take ownership of complex software projects from conception to deployment.Manage software delivery scope risk and timeline

• Contribute to both front-end and back-end developmentusing cloud technology.

• Develop innovative solution using generative AI technologies

• Define and implement robust software architecturesonthecloud AWS preferred

• Lead and motivate a team of engineers to deliver high-quality results.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.

• Create and maintain documentation on software architecture design deployment disaster recovery and operations.

• Identify and resolve technical challenges effectively.

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements

• Work closely with productteam business team and other stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree and 2 years ofexperience
OR
Masters degree and 4 years of experience
OR
Bachelors degree and 6 years ofexperience
OR
Associates degree and 10 years ofexperience
OR
High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

• Hands on experience with various cloud services understand pros and cons of various cloud service inwellarchitected clouddesignprinciples

• Hands on experience with Full Stack software development. Proficient in programming language Python(preferred) JavaScript SQL/NoSQL.

• Proven ability to lead and mentor software development teams

• Strong problem solvinganalytical skills; Ability to learn quickly; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienced with API integration serverless microservices architecture.

• Experience in SQL/NOSQL database vector database for large language models

• Experience with popular large language models

• Experience withLangchainorllamaIndexframework for language models

• Experience with prompt engineering model fine tuning

• Experience with Web site development understand of web site localization processes which involve adapting content to fit cultural and linguistic contexts.

• Experience with DevOps/MLOpsCICD build and deployment pipeline

• Experience with design patterns data structures test-driven development.

• Knowledge of NLP techniques for text analysis and sentiment analysis

Bachelors degree in computer science and engineering preferred otherEngineering field is considered;Mastersdegree and 6years of software development experienceOrBachelors degree and 8years of software development experience

• Cloud Computing certificate preferred

The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to relevant skills experience and qualifications.
