About the role
The Rehabilitation Unit on the St Johns Campus is seeking an experienced and motivated Physiotherapist to join our great team of experienced health professionals. The position is a fixed term part-time role working 3 days a week commencing June 15th 2026. There will also be some opportunity for weekend/public holiday shifts and extra casual hours.
The role involves working as part of a multidisciplinary team in the assessment and treatment of patients with a variety of orthopaedic neurological and medical conditions. A high level of professional integrity and previous experience in Rehabilitation is highly desirable.
Your main duties will include:
- Conduct assessments and formulate implement and review interventional plans for a variety of routine and more complex rehabilitation patients
- Keep up to date with current developments in physiotherapy and ensure these are reflected in service delivery through quality evaluation and outcome evidence
- Maintain comprehensive and reliable reporting procedures
- Comply with relevant Calvary WHS policies procedures work instructions and requests
About you:
- Recognised qualification in Physiotherapy
- Eligibility for registration with AHPRA
- High degree of professional integrity
- Demonstrated current skill and knowledge in the assessment interpretation implementation and evaluation of therapy plans for rehabilitation patients
- Well developed verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to join a team committed to the care of others in a mission based organisation
