Senior QA Test Lead – SAP S4 and Ecosystem

Position Description:

The Senior QA Test Lead is responsible for strategic quality planning defining the testing approach and leading end to end quality assurance activities for a large scale project. This role combines team leadership hands-on test execution continuous improvement and close collaboration with stakeholders to ensure high quality product delivery within the SAP S/4 ecosystem

Your future duties and responsibilities:

-Define the test strategy test plans and resource requirements for the project.
-Assess requirements identify risks and ensure test readiness.
-Lead functional integration regression and system testing activities.
-Manage defect tracking facilitate triage meetings and oversee release signoff.
-Mentor QA analysts and automation engineers.
-Review test cases scripts and QA deliverables to ensure quality.
-Implement QA best practices automation initiatives and quality metrics.
-Promote shiftleft practices and continuous improvement within the SDLC.
-Collaborate closely with ITQA Product Development and Project Management teams.
-Provide clear reporting on quality status risks and timelines.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

-815 years of QA/testing experience including team leadership and involvement in large-scale international projects.
-Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
-Handson experience with qTest for test management and reporting.
-Experience with automation (Tosca is an asset).
-Strong communication analytical and leadership skills.
-Experience with SAP S/4 modules.
-Proficiency with Microsoft and Google tools (Excel Sheets) Power BI ServiceNow.
-Commitment to continuous improvement innovation and knowledge sharing.

CGI is providing a reasonable estimate of the pay range for this role. The determination of this range includes factors such as skill set level geographic market experience and training and licenses and certifications. Compensation decisions depend on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $60000$115000. This role is an existing vacancy
