Job Summary
Overview
Looking for A and B technicians for growing Nissan dealership
Key responsibilities
- Perform in-depth diagnostics usingOEM software scan tools oscilloscopes and advanced test equipment.
- Repair and overhaul engines transmissionsAWD/4WD systems advanced electrical and hybrid systems ADAS calibration and module programming.
- Interpret service manualsTSBs wiring diagrams and OEM procedures; complete accurate estimates and repair orders.
- Mentor Tech staff oversee quality control perform road tests and ensure repairs meet manufacturer standards.
- Handle warranty documentation and dealer paperwork; communicate directly with service advisors and manufacturer reps when required.
Required skills & qualifications
- ASE Master preferred or equivalent; manufacturer certifications a strong plus.
- 5 years dealership or equivalent heavy-diagnostic experience.
- Proficient withOEM diagnostic software module programming and advanced electrical troubleshooting.
- Strong mechanical aptitude diagnostic reasoning and communication skills.
- Owns a full set of professional tools; valid drivers license.
- Compensation & structure
- Pay potential: $70000$120000 annually (dependent on skill level production/flat-rate specialty certifications and performance bonuses).
- Pay types may include flat-rate hourly incentive and shop bonuses.
