The Role:
Entegris is seeking a Plant Finance Lead to join our team in Decatur TX. If hired into this role you will provide key financial decision support for the site leadership at our manufacturing plant in Decatur TX. You will be a key business partner providing operational/cost accounting analyses and maintaining plant cost accounting processes in support of plant operations
In this role you will:
Be a key business partner by providing financial direction to plantmanagement team manging the budget/forecast and advising on productivity projects
Provide recommendations to improve siteperformance
Lead Monthly/Annual Forecasting/Budgeting
Ensure the plant financial forecasts and budgets are aligned with OperationalMSDivision and Corporategoals
Establish standard costing rates and partner with Operations to update material cost BOM and routings for costroll
Review/explainthevariancesand plantperformance
Business/Operations DecisionSupport
Providetimelyplant results and drive accountability.
Complete month end close tasks ensuring that financial statements related to the Plant are properlystatedand conform togenerally acceptedaccounting principles (GAAP) including inventory valuations and reserve amounts
Provide financial education/training and guidance to non-finance employees
What We Seek:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance andat least5 years experience working in a manufacturing supply chain or related environment
Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience turning financial data and analyses into insights
Cost Accountingknowledge
SAPexperience;
Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;
Business Intelligence experience aplus;
Financial modeling and analysisexperience;
Good communicationskills; written and verbal

Compensation: $114000 - $140000 per year range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role.
