If you know your way around tools and systems like plumbing electrical HVAC painting or landscaping we want to meet you!
Youll travel between our properties to make sure homes are safe clean and ready for our residents. Every day is different and youll be part of a team that values hard work respect and real-world skills.

What Youll Do
Travel to different properties to handle maintenance and repairs
Tackle jobs like fixing HVAC plumbing electrical doors flooring landscaping and more
Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager to keep everything running smoothly
Help prep units for new residents and handle regular upkeep for existing ones
Stay on-call occasionally (About one week every 8 weeks)
Keep maintenance logs and support snow removal during the winter months
What Youll Get
Pay: $20 - $30/hour based on experience
Monthly bonuses based on occupancy: Up to $450 (normally around $200-$300)
Tool reimbursement: $10 per paycheck ($260/year)
