What Your Day Could Look Like:

  • Supporting residents with daily routines and personal care
  • Preparing meals and assisting with hygiene
  • Going on outings like parks or coffee shops
  • Assisting with medication and therapies
  • Completing documentation and reports

Pay Details:

Full-Time: $18.25 $24.75/hour

  • $18.25-$20.25/hour (day and evening shifts)

  • $20.50-$22.50/hour (weekend shifts & weekday awake / overnight shifts)

  • $22.75-$24.75/hour (weekend awake / overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday))


Part-Time: $16.00 $22.50/hour

  • $16.00-$18.00/hour (day and evening shifts)

  • $18.25-$20.25/hour (weekend shifts & weekday awake / overnight shifts)

  • $22.75-$24.75/hour (weekend awake / overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday))


** Ranges listed above are due to $.50-$2.00/hour House Specific Rate Exception Differentials at specific homes if applicable.**

Includes:

  • Higher wages for weekends and overnight shifts
  • Premium pay for weekend overnight (Fri/Sat) shifts
  • Additional location-based pay differentials

Paid training:

  • $16.25/hour (full-time)
  • $14.00/hour (part-time)

Benefits for Full-Time Employees:

*Additional compensation includes optional asleep shifts paid at $11.50/hr wage increases starting at 1 year of employment bonuses tuition assistance and advancement opportunities. See our website for full benefit & qualification details.

**Part-time employees are also eligible for 401K ESST MN Paid Leave

Requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must have a drivers license and a relatively clean driving record
  • You must be able and willing to provide care for both male and female clients
  • You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • You must be able to work independently and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy responsibility self-control good judgment and overall adjustment
  • You must be able to see hear speak interact and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position
  • Full-time employees must work at least 38-40 hours per week
  • Part-time requires a minimum of 10 shifts/month (2-3 shifts/week) with an increasing number of homes only requiring 2 shifts/week.
